Slowly, but surely, I’m getting closer to my goal. As of this morning, I’m about 26 pounds away from reaching my ideal (goal) weight of 180 pounds. While I’m noticing the weight loss slow down, I am still noticing my shirts, pants and belt getting bigger. In a way, that’s a better sign than the number going down on the scale.
