It’s almost been a year since I initiated my healthy lifestyle. And yes, there was awhile when I chose to slack a little bit (and snack a little bit) — but I’m back on the wagon for now — and it’s fun! In fact, there are a few things I’m looking forward to that are enough motivation for me.
The State of South Dakota recently started their Get Fit In 150 Challenge. Supposedly 150 minutes of physical activity is ideal for an individual. So keeping track of my minutes will help, and trying to beat everyone else on my team will be a fun thing to do.
