Fitness dumbbells. Isolated on white

My daily exercise mainly consists of aerobic exercise using a stationary bike.  I started off at 20 minutes every day and slowly worked up to over 40 minutes.

In that amount of time, I’m able to “travel” 13 miles and burn nearly 600 calories.
